In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use the win37 Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 win37 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. If we discover or reasonably suspect that an Account is held by a person under the legal age, we will immediately suspend the Account, conduct an investigation, and permanently close the Account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any deposits made will be returned to the verified payment source; all winnings accrued on the Account will be forfeited.
2.3 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to register.
2.4 win37 does not knowingly provide services to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. 3.2 One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. win37 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited without recourse.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. win37 will treat any activity conducted via your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing that your Account credentials have been compromised.
3.4 You must notify win37 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. win37 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.5 You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your Account to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign an Account will result in immediate suspension and permanent closure of that Account.
3.6 win37 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason, provided that any real-money balance is returned to the verified payment source.
4.1 All transactions on the win37 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). win37 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. win37 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are published on the Deposit page within your Account and may be updated periodically.
4.4 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. win37 will not process deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. win37 targets an average processing time of under three minutes for local bank transfers and e-wallet disbursements, subject to bank clearing schedules and any applicable KYC holds. win37 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but will use reasonable endeavours to meet this target.
4.6 Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a payment method held in the same name as the registered Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential Account suspension.
4.7 win37 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal hold pending KYC verification or fraud investigation. The Player will be informed of any hold and the estimated duration of the review where operationally practicable.
4.8 win37 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond win37's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
5.3 win37 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has opted in and begun wagering, win37 will honour the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage between promotions, or collusion among Members — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent Account closure.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win37 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 win37 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and a selfie holding the submitted document.
8.2 KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds the applicable threshold set by win37's compliance team, or at any time when win37 determines verification is necessary for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.
8.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal holds being extended and may ultimately lead to Account suspension. win37 will retain any real-money balance pending regulatory guidance where an Account is suspended for KYC non-compliance.
8.4 win37 handles all submitted KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
9.1 win37 may suspend or permanently close a Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at win37's sole operational discretion.
9.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason.
9.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting win37 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, subject to any pending withdrawal or KYC review. A self-excluded Account may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
9.4 Inactive Accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month deducted from the Account balance once the inactivity threshold is reached. win37 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before applying inactivity fees.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 win37's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
10.3 win37 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practicable, but win37 reserves the right to take the Platform offline without notice for emergency maintenance.
10.4 win37 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, win37's obligations are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by win37's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by win37.
11.1 All content on the win37 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of win37 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of win37's intellectual property — including scraping, reverse-engineering, or reproducing game content — will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
